Product Overview

HZR horizontal & HZRL vertical pressurized gas-cooled vacuum tempering furnaces are single-chamber internal-heating vacuum heat treatment equipment. Featuring an optimized sealed furnace chamber structure combined with a low-temperature forced convection heating system, they are applicable to vacuum tempering of various die steels, structural steels and stainless steels, as well as bright annealing, solution treatment and aging processes for non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper.

 

The horizontal model is standard-equipped with a hinged pneumatic clamping furnace door, while the vertical model adopts an elevating furnace door driven by lead screw lifting transmission. The furnace is fitted with nickel-chromium alloy strip heating elements and multi-layer all-stainless steel heat shields, together with a low-pressure circulating pressurized gas cooling system rated below 2 bar, which effectively prevents temper brittleness defects.

 

The complete machine is equipped with an integrated intelligent control system consisting of PLC and industrial touch screen, which supports process program storage, real-time parameter monitoring, data curve recording and automatic fault alarming. It is furnished with full-loop safety interlock protection, and a remote fault diagnosis module is available as an optional accessory. A complete range of standard models is provided, and non-custom customization is supported across the entire product line.
