Product Overview

The HZC Series Horizontal Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace is a standard dual-chamber horizontal vacuum heat treatment equipment developed by Huaxiang Vacuum. It is applicable to high-speed steel, tool and die steel, alloy structural steel, stainless steel, magnetic materials and other materials, capable of performing vacuum quenching, vacuum annealing, high-temperature tempering and other processes, suitable for scientific research experiments as well as mass production.

 

The equipment adopts a horizontal dual-chamber structure consisting of a heating chamber and an oil quenching chamber. The furnace door features reliable sealing and flexible opening movement. The intermediate heat insulation gate achieves precise positioning and tight isolation, which effectively avoids backflow oil contamination.

 

It is equipped with a fully automatic control system composed of PLC and touch screen, enabling editing, saving and recalling of processes, real-time operating status monitoring, as well as generation of process reports, temperature/vacuum curves and fault alarm records. Multiple safety interlocks and fault diagnosis functions are built in, with remote diagnosis available as an optional configuration. The equipment reduces labor intensity and improves production standardization.

Application Scope

1. Mold Manufacturing

Perform vacuum quenching for high-speed steel, hot-work die steel and stainless steel molds. Suitable for injection molds, die-casting molds, stamping molds and precision cavity molds to improve hardness, wear resistance and service life.

2. Cutting Tools & Precision Tooling

Process high-speed steel tools, alloy cutters, drill bits, milling cutters, taps, gear cutters and precision measuring tools to ensure cutting edge quality, dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish.

3. Aerospace & High-End Equipment

Vacuum oil quenching is available for high-strength steel and stainless steel parts such as A100, 300M, 30CrMnSiA and D406A.

For titanium alloy components, only the processes of vacuum heating + pressurized gas quenching or vacuum annealing inside this furnace are allowed to satisfy reliability specifications.

4. Magnetic Materials

Ferrites, rare-earth permanent magnets and soft magnetic alloys can be vacuum annealed in this furnace to release internal stress and stabilize magnetic properties.

Only special magnetic alloys support vacuum quenching; oil quenching is not advised.

5. Precision Mechanical Parts

For precision gears, bearings, shafts, elastic elements, hydraulic components and fasteners, perfectly matching parts with strict requirements on deformation control and dimensional precision.
