Product Overview

The HZH Series Vacuum High‑Temperature Brazing Furnace is custom‑developed by Huaxiang Vacuum for materials including stainless steel, titanium alloys, high‑temperature alloys, cemented carbides and non‑ferrous metals. Designed for non‑oxidation high‑temperature metal brazing, it is widely used in mass production of core components such as precision heat‑exchange parts, sealed cavities, cemented‑carbide cutting tools and high‑temperature structural parts across aerospace, nuclear‑energy industry, automotive manufacturing, tool‑and‑die, electronics & power sectors.

 

Adopting single‑chamber internal‑heating cold‑wall construction, multi‑zone synchronous temperature control, optimized heating layout and dedicated anti‑contamination design, the equipment delivers superior temperature‑field uniformity and high vacuum tightness. It produces full‑formed, leak‑free and high‑strength brazed joints, and accommodates full‑range brazing requirements, from miniature precision components to large‑scale high‑temperature alloy assemblies.

 

Standard‑equipped with PLC‑HMI intelligent control system, it supports fully‑automatic operation, data logging, fault alarming and safety interlock. It can be integrated into automated production lines to greatly boost production efficiency and product consistency.
