Product Overview

This series of vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnishes are manufactured in horizontal and vertical configurations, specially engineered for high-speed steel, tool & die steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, magnetic materials and other materials. They are capable of core vacuum heat treatment processes including vacuum quenching and solution treatment, suitable for full-scenario applications ranging from scientific research to mass production.

 

The horizontal type (HZQ Series) is equipped with hinged / motor-driven furnace doors, graphite or high-temperature molybdenum alloy heating elements and carbon felt heat shields, ideal for batch quenching of small & medium-sized parts.

 

The vertical type (HZQL Series) adopts top-charging / bottom-charging furnace doors, paired with workpiece vertical conveying & rotating mechanisms and high-pressure forced convection cooling. Featuring uniform heating and minimal part deformation, it fits the production of large & medium precision components.

 

The full series is standard-fitted with an intelligent fully automatic control system consisting of PLC + touch screen, supporting editing, storage and recall of process programs, as well as real-time monitoring of equipment operating status. It realizes display, query and printing of process reports, real-time curves, historical curves and fault alarm reports.

 

Built with multiple safety interlocks, fault diagnosis and abnormality alarm functions, the system can be optionally equipped with a remote diagnosis system to enable rapid after-sales response, reduce manual labor intensity and elevate the standardization level of production.
