Q1: What is the production cycle for standard vacuum furnaces? Are there differences for non-standard customized equipment?
A:The regular production cycle of our standardized vacuum furnace series is 4 to 6 months. For non-standard customized furnaces featuring oversized chambers, multi-process integration, special atmosphere systems or military-grade specifications, the delivery lead time will be calculated separately according to drawing design, customized supporting parts and process complexity. A precise production & delivery schedule can be provided at the commercial negotiation stage.

Q2: How are the equipment warranty terms defined? What date serves as the starting point of the warranty period?
A:1. Warranty Period: The whole furnace is covered by free warranty for 1 year, while the complete PLC intelligent control system enjoys an independent 2-year warranty. Core components including vacuum pumps, heating power supplies and temperature controllers are protected in line with the original manufacturers’ warranty policies.
2. Warranty Start Date: The warranty period commences on the date when both parties sign the Final Equipment Acceptance Report after on-site installation, commissioning, furnace baking and trial production are fully completed.
3. Exclusions from Free Warranty: Damage caused by improper operation, natural wear of consumables, failure to perform routine maintenance as specified, unauthorized equipment modification, or abnormal power/gas supply from external sources is not covered by the free warranty.

Domestic aviation industry standard: HB5354
National & mechanical industry standards: GB5959, GB/T10066.1-2004, GB/T10067.1-2005, GB9425, JB8195-1999 and a full set of specifications for vacuum heat treatment equipment manufacturing and inspection.
2.Authoritative Certifications Held
ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, EU CE Equipment Safety Certification. Our equipment design and manufacturing procedures are compatible with Nadcap audit, CNAS calibration accreditation and Weapon Equipment Quality Management System review, meeting the qualification verification requirements for aerospace, military, weaponry and export projects.

Q4: Do you provide installation, commissioning and after-sales maintenance services for overseas projects?
A:We have established a professional overseas technical team with rich practical experience in global project delivery. We provide full-process services including on-site hoisting, complete machine assembly, vacuum system commissioning, furnace baking, process trial testing, operator training, annual inspection and emergency breakdown repair for clients worldwide. Long-term on-site technical support schemes are available upon request for overseas projects.

Q5: Can you conduct heat treatment process tests with customer-supplied workpieces? Are sample tests free of charge? What are the charging rules?
A:Our in-house process laboratory accepts vacuum heat treatment trial testing for various metals and alloys, with two separate charging criteria as follows:
1.Conventional materials (general die steel, structural steel, standard aluminum alloy, etc.): Basic costs covering energy consumption, tooling and labor will be charged only if the trial test achieves the target process indicators. No fees will be charged if the test fails to meet expected technical requirements.
2.Unconventional special materials (titanium alloy, superalloy, cemented carbide, cermet, rare metal, etc.): High costs are incurred by consumables, energy and precise temperature control for such materials. Full comprehensive testing fees will be charged regardless of the test results.
Preferential sample testing policies can be negotiated for mass trial batches or long-term R&D cooperation.

3. Fully Automatic Intelligent Control System for Digital Factory Deployment
All furnaces are equipped with an integrated PLC + industrial touchscreen intelligent control system, enabling fully automatic operation of vacuum pumping, heating, holding, pressurized cooling and tempering. The system supports storage of process recipes, real-time recording of temperature, vacuum and pressure curves, retention of historical data and automatic fault diagnosis & alarming. Production data can be exported and interfaced with factory MES systems to achieve full traceability of heat treatment processes.
4. Independent R&D with Patented Original Technology for Vacuum Heat Treatment
We maintain an in-house team of professional R&D engineers with more than ten invention patents for vacuum furnace equipment. In 2014, we independently developed and patented China’s first internal-heated multi-functional nitriding vacuum furnace. We continuously upgrade furnace models for carburizing, brazing, diffusion bonding, hot pressing and debinding & sintering, and provide customized equipment development tailored to clients’ new materials and unique process requirements.
