Position:
Chief Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Overall technical supervision & planning for mechanical/electrical systems
2. Approval & evaluation of standard furnace designs & improvements
3. Review & confirmation of non-standard furnace technical parameters; support R&D & process optimization
4. Technical staff evaluation & team building guidance
5. Propose corporate technical standards & advise on technical strategy
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical/materials/electrical background, engineer title
2. Proficient in heating, vacuum, fluid & transmission principles
3. Strong technical ability & standard compliance
4. 10+ years of relevant experience
