Heat treatment must avoid deformation, cracking, decarburization, and other defects to ensure reliable performance under high-speed operation, heavy loads, and continuous heavy-duty working conditions. The solution must support both mass production and precision customization, complying with industry standards such as GB/T 307.1 and GB/T 10095.

Custom Solutions
We deploy vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, vacuum carburizing furnaces, and vacuum tempering furnaces as primary equipment, providing integrated processes of low-pressure carburizing, carbonitriding, precision vacuum quenching, and low-temperature tempering. Precision testing equipment (hardness testers, roundness meters) is used to monitor process parameters throughout production. Finished workpieces achieve a surface hardness of HRC 60–65, excellent core toughness, and are free from oxidation, decarburization, and cracking, with consistent dimensional accuracy and superior comprehensive mechanical properties. The solution delivers reliable performance under high-speed, heavy-load, and continuous operation, supporting both mass production and precision customization in compliance with relevant industry standards.
