Custom Solutions
We deploy vacuum oil/water quenching furnaces, multi-purpose vacuum heat treatment furnaces, vacuum diffusion welding furnaces, and vacuum annealing furnaces for production, paired with automated loading/unloading systems and intelligent temperature control modules. These enable processes such as low-pressure carburizing and quenching for gears, quenching and tempering of metal parts, stress-relief annealing for lightweight new energy components, hardening and setting of automotive molds, and vacuum brazing of battery components.
