These enable core processes including oxidation-free quenching, precision tempering, vacuum solution aging, dissimilar metal vacuum brazing and low-temperature stress relief. With a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, processing occurs in a fully sealed, oxygen-free environment. This effectively eliminates residual internal stress, stabilizes metallurgical structures, and prevents oxidation, decarburization, deformation and cracking.
