Aerospace
Industry Requirements
Aerospace components demand exceptional strength, toughness, fatigue resistance and dimensional stability. Production must strictly comply with authoritative industry standards such as AMS2750H and GJB509B to completely eliminate workpiece oxidation and decarburization. This ensures component safety and long service life, while supporting both mass production and high-precision prototyping to meet the stringent quality control and delivery requirements of the aerospace sector.
Applicable Workpieces
Aerospace structural parts, aero-engine core components, titanium alloy load-bearing parts, superalloy heat-resistant parts, aerospace precision fasteners, aerospace-specific molds, aerospace propulsion system components, aerospace instrument precision parts, etc.
Custom Solutions
We deploy vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, vacuum annealing furnaces, vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces and vacuum diffusion welding furnaces as primary processing equipment, paired with precision temperature control systems and atmosphere regulation devices. These enable core processes including oxidation-free quenching, precision tempering, vacuum solution aging, dissimilar metal vacuum brazing and low-temperature stress relief. With a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, processing occurs in a fully sealed, oxygen-free environment. This effectively eliminates residual internal stress, stabilizes metallurgical structures, and prevents oxidation, decarburization, deformation and cracking. The results fully meet military-grade quality inspection standards, perfectly supporting high-standard mass production and customized R&D manufacturing needs in the aerospace industry.
