Product Overview

This vacuum annealing furnace series is available in horizontal and vertical configurations. Designed specifically for superalloys, refractory metals, magnetic materials and other materials, it supports bright annealing, vacuum brazing, sintering, annealing aging and other processes, suitable for both laboratory research and mass production scenarios.

The horizontal HZT series is equipped with sliding/hinged furnace doors, nickel-chromium strip heating elements and dedicated conveying mechanisms, ideal for batch processing of rod-shaped workpieces. The vertical HZTL series adopts lift-type doors, lead screw transmission and pressurized gas cooling below 2 bar to optimize temperature field uniformity. Each unit is fitted with pneumatic locking for furnace cover, ultra-clean nickel-chromium heating elements and stainless steel heat shields, ensuring reliable sealing performance and extended service life.

All models come standard with an intelligent fully automatic control system composed of PLC and touch screen, which enables editing, storage and recall of process recipes, real-time equipment operation monitoring, as well as query and printing of process & fault reports. Multiple safety interlocks and fault alarms are built in, and a remote diagnostic system is optional to enable efficient maintenance and rapid after-sales service. The system reduces manual labor intensity and improves the standardization level of production.

1. Clean Vacuum Environment, No Oxidation & Decarburization

Equipped with high-vacuum pumping system and pneumatic locking tight sealing structure for the furnace cover, the furnace strictly controls the oxygen concentration inside the chamber. Workpieces maintain bright metallic surfaces after heat treatment without subsequent polishing, improving product yield and cutting machining costs.
2. Uniform Temperature Field & Precise Temperature Control

Designed with multi-zone independent temperature control and optimized heating structure, combined with nickel-chromium heating elements and stainless steel heat shields, it achieves furnace temperature uniformity ≤±5°C. This ensures even heating and stable hardness of workpieces, guaranteeing consistency during mass production.
3. Uniform Gas Cooling & Controllable Deformation

It adopts convection gas cooling with a maximum pressure of 2 bar and dedicated flow guide air ducts. Vertical models are equipped with lead screw transmission for auxiliary temperature control to deliver mild cooling, which reduces workpiece deformation and cracking, making it ideal for mass production of precision components.
