Product Overview

The HZHA series vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is dedicated brazing equipment independently developed by Huaxiang Vacuum exclusively for aluminum alloy materials. It specializes in oxidation-free aluminum-to-aluminum brazing, and is widely adopted for mass production of core components such as heat exchangers, radiators, condenser plates and sealed cavities in automotive, air separation equipment, shipbuilding, home appliances, compressors and other industries.

The furnace adopts multi-zone synchronous temperature control, optimized heating structure, as well as specialized short-circuit prevention and anti-contamination designs. It delivers excellent temperature uniformity and vacuum tightness, forming full, leak-free and high-strength brazed joints. It can satisfy full-scenario brazing requirements ranging from tiny components to large aerospace-grade aluminum structural parts.

Standardly equipped with an intelligent PLC & touchscreen control system, the unit supports fully automatic operation, data logging, fault alarming and safety interlock functions. It can be integrated into automated production lines to greatly boost production efficiency and product consistency.

1. Special Brazing Process for Aluminum Alloys

Developed specifically for flux-free vacuum aluminum-to-aluminum brazing, this process matches the phase transformation of aluminum alloys and melting characteristics of brazing filler metals. It features precise temperature control and steady heating, delivering oxidation-free, discoloration-free performance without intergranular corrosion. After brazing, joints are dense, high-strength and reliably sealed, guaranteeing long-term operational stability of core components.
2. Ultra-Uniform & High-Precision Thermal Field

Combining multi-zone independent temperature control and optimized heating layout, the furnace achieves temperature uniformity within ±3°C. It drastically minimizes temperature deviation for large workpieces, multi-layer heat exchangers and long-cavity structural parts, ensuring high consistency, low deformation and stable yield rate for mass-produced products.
3. High-Vacuum & High-Sealing System

Equipped with a high-vacuum sealed chamber and low-leakage sealing construction, the furnace reaches an ultimate vacuum of \(3\times10^{-4}\ \text{Pa}\) with a pressure rise rate as low as 0.16 Pa/h. It creates a clean, oxidation-free and impurity-free brazing atmosphere to satisfy stringent requirements for high-reliability zero-leakage components used in aerospace, automotive, air separation equipment and other fields.
4. Anti-Contamination & Anti-Short-Circuit Design

Fitted with a dedicated condensing filtration system and anti-deposition water-cooled electrodes, the system efficiently captures magnesium vapor and volatile substances generated during brazing. It eliminates risks of chamber contamination, pipeline blockage and electrode short-circuit, delivering stable continuous production, extended maintenance cycles and longer service life for the equipment.
