Product Overview

The HZHA series vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is dedicated brazing equipment independently developed by Huaxiang Vacuum exclusively for aluminum alloy materials. It specializes in oxidation-free aluminum-to-aluminum brazing, and is widely adopted for mass production of core components such as heat exchangers, radiators, condenser plates and sealed cavities in automotive, air separation equipment, shipbuilding, home appliances, compressors and other industries.

 

The furnace adopts multi-zone synchronous temperature control, optimized heating structure, as well as specialized short-circuit prevention and anti-contamination designs. It delivers excellent temperature uniformity and vacuum tightness, forming full, leak-free and high-strength brazed joints. It can satisfy full-scenario brazing requirements ranging from tiny components to large aerospace-grade aluminum structural parts.

 

Standardly equipped with an intelligent PLC & touchscreen control system, the unit supports fully automatic operation, data logging, fault alarming and safety interlock functions. It can be integrated into automated production lines to greatly boost production efficiency and product consistency.
